Digital Postman Pro lets you scan and send any paper document via email easily, via a scanner. It is as simple as putting the document in the scanner and pushing the scan button. The Digital Postman Pro program will scan that document and show you a preview thumbnail of the resulting image.

Then press the send button and the program will open a new email and attach the scanned document automatically as an image file. The images can be attached in EXE or in JPEG, GIF, PNG, PDF or TIFF formats. If you use PDF or TIFF, all images will be attached in one file, making it easier for the receiver. Everything ready to be sent via email to whoever you want, with just two mouse clicks.

Digital Postman Pro supports scans in colour or grey scale, and the use of Automatic Document Feeders (ADF). ADFs work to send multipage documents with no problems.
